1. What is Autobahn?
Autobahn is a small application that gives you the fastest download speeds for video and music through iTunes, makes streaming video better on MySpaceTV.com and Veoh.com and provides you with reliable high-quality video on sites that use us for their video delivery. 2. What is Autobahn HD?

3. How do I know if Autobahn is running?
When Autobahn is running, there is a little Autobahn icon in the Windows System tray, located next to the clock in the taskbar:
You can also look for the process autobahn.exe in the Windows Task Manager utility. To open Windows task manager, right click on the task bar, then click Task Manager.
In general, Autobahn is a quiet little application. It is not a player or an active download manager. Instead, it automatically accelerates applications and websites for which Autobahn is enabled. Be sure to check back often to get updates on which sites are Autobahn activated.
4. How do I start Autobahn?
Autobahn starts up when you start your computer so that all supported Internet video activity is automatically accelerated.
If you have exited out of Autobahn, you can click the Start button, go to Programs, go to Startup, and click Autobahn.
5. How do I exit Autobahn?
To exit Autobahn, right click on the Autobahn icon in the system tray, and choose exit.
6. What is that bubble that pops up from the system tray?
Older versions of Autobahn have a performance notification bubble. The performance notification bubble tells you what you downloaded, and how fast your internet connection was during that download.
7. Can I turn off the performance notification bubble?
If you want to turn off the performance notification bubble, right click on the Autobahn icon in the system tray, and click on "Show Autobahn Status" to remove the check mark. To enable the performance notification bubble, right click on the Autobahn icon, and click "Show Autobahn Status" so the checkmark appears.
8. How do I uninstall Autobahn?
To uninstall Autobahn, click the Start button, and select the Control Panel utility. Then, select Add or Remove Programs, find Autobahn, and click Remove. Next, simply click Uninstall.
9. How does Autobahn work? How is Autobahn technology different from other download accelerators?
For streaming and downloads, Autobahn optimizes your incoming bandwidth, providing faster downloads and more reliable streaming.
Unlike some download applications, Autobahn does not use peer-to-peer transfers and does not use any upstream bandwidth. For example, in the case of iTunes, Autobahn creates multiple simultaneous connections to the iTunes music store, reducing problems associated with a typical download.
